Yes. If you start with a Starter report and realize you need the additional depth of Professional or Enterprise analysis, you can upgrade by paying the difference. We will extend your existing report with the additional sections and analysis depth. Just email us within 30 days of your original delivery.
If our report does not meet the quality standards described on our website, we offer a full refund within 7 days of delivery. We also offer a free revision round before processing any refund, as most concerns can be addressed with additional analysis or clarification.
